As a follow-up to our decision to restart the DS-015 effort under the management of the UAVCAN Consortium, the following changes have been implemented:

A new group @consortium was created. The group contains all representatives of the UAVCAN Consortium member companies.

A new category named #consortium was created. It is only accessible by the members of @consortium.

Category “Special Interest Groups” was deleted.

The sub-category #consortium:drone-application-layer-sig is no longer accessible by the general public.
The new UAVCAN Drone Application Layer will be developed between the UAVCAN Consortium members only. To become a member, please follow the instructions given at https://uavcan.org/consortium. Note that major open-source projects, non-profits, and registered academic institutions are entitled to free membership.
