About the 3rd-party: Viper MAV category

The goal of the Viper MAV Project is to build a Arduino based drone flight controller with all the features found in state-of-the art drone designs utilizing UAVCAN on Arduino based sensor/actuator nodes (e.g. UAVCAN-GNSS-Node, UAVCAN-ToF-Distance-Sensor-Node, …) in order to control a Micro Aerial Vehicle (MAV).



All work is done within the 107-systems GitHub organisation. Key repositories are 107-Arduino-UAVCAN which contains a Arduino port of libcanard thereby enabling UAVCAN on Arduino as well as Viper-Firmware which will contain the actual flight controller firmware (once many currently open prerequisites have been satisfied).
